Respect every goodbye
Treat pet families and visitors with kindness. Insults, ridicule, threats, hateful conduct, harassment, or impersonation are not allowed.
No disturbing imagery
Do not upload graphic injury, corpse close-ups, animal abuse, violence, sexual content, nudity, self-harm, or other harmful imagery. Medical memories should avoid distressing visual detail.
Keep content authentic and lawful
Fraud, illegal trade, instructions for dangerous acts, copyright infringement, stolen photos, deceptive advertising, and other unlawful content are prohibited.
Protect privacy
Do not publish home addresses, phone numbers, identity documents, medical records, minors’ information, or anyone’s private data without permission.
Leave gentle messages
Stories and messages should relate to pets, companionship, and remembrance. Spam, repeated promotion, and traffic diversion may be removed.
Reporting and enforcement
Use “Report this content” on a memorial when something is inappropriate. We may hide or remove content, restrict accounts, or take further action based on risk. Contact local authorities as well for immediate or unlawful situations.
