Premium costs $29.99 per memorial per year and is available to U.S. customers in V1. Each subscription upgrades only the memorial selected at checkout. It renews annually until canceled. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid term. After expiry, all photos, memories and messages remain saved and viewable, but editing, uploads, new messages and Premium features pause; the default garden is displayed until renewal. Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or for duplicate or confirmed technical charges. This policy should be reviewed by U.S. counsel before commercial launch.
